AX Upgrade - Connect to Source database

Issue:  Connect to Source database

Description: 

                    When click on "Connect to Source Database" in Data Upgrade checklist either you got an error of any class or cannot connect to source database. Due to this you cannot go further in checklist.

Solution:

                   The Origin of this issue is database installation for AX upgrade. At the time of database installation for Ax upgrade, it needs to mark  "Foundation Upgrade" model.
